  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier: Includes up to 100 transactions. All features are available.

Premium Subscription:

  • Monthly: $4.99 per month
  • Annual: $49.99 per year

Prices are in USD. Early adopter prices are locked for the duration of your subscription.

Billing and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods
  • After a 90-day grace period, your account may revert to Free Tier limits

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

Your Data

You retain ownership of the financial data you upload to Monixio. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and display that data to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
